I had the extreme pleasure of meeting this adorable couple last year, and was so excited to finally photograph their engagement session.

Some Wedding dates were moved around and I suddenly found that I wouldn’t be able to photograph their Wedding. We invited my friend and colleague, Rachel Gracie as the associate photographer to capture their day with them. Though I wasn’t there with them, their photos reflect the story of their Wedding day and what a beautiful couple they are, ~ they were beaming the whole day through.
Anne got ready at her parents house, and the ceremony and reception took place at the Colgate Divinity School

Here’s Anne’s mom helping her to get ready…so sweet!

So beautiful!!

Someone’s about to get married! :)

All the girls at the house…just radiant

The dashing groom :)

Here comes the bride!

You may now kiss the bride

Klara, the bride and I, had been communicating through email since September last year, never having met. They live in another state so I met them for the first time on their Wedding day ~ and what a treat! They are adorable, their Wedding party was a lot of fun, and I was loving all the BLUE details throughout the day…they even had goldfish in a blue glass vase! Thank you both for inviting me into your celebration!
Congratulations!

This vase of goldfish was displayed on the altar, and then later brought to the reception for their head table…so cute! Their table name was ‘Barracuda’! :)

All of the ring bearers wore ‘ring security’ signs on the back of their jackets ~ now that’s one I haven’t seen before, so funny!

The anxious groom!

BEAUTIFUL flowers! Blue is my favorite color too!

We had a perfect day for photographs…the sunshine is fun, but nothing beats an overcast day for lighting!

Almost time for bubbles!

It was a smaller Wedding so since everyone was out on the lawn during the receiving line, I decided to gather everyone in front of the church for a fun group shot and they did it! :)

Their getaway car was a midnight blue MUSTANG!

Just before we left the church and headed to the park for pictures, I saw a pizza box come out of someones car! lol…left over from the night before…so the bridal party snuck a few pieces on their way.

Mother and daughter.

All the girls were so beautiful in their coordinating dresses…and the flower girls dresses laced up the back too!

Gorgeous.

Reception at my all time favorite restaurant, the Lower Mill/Rabbit Room in Honeoye Falls (The best food in Rochester!)

The bride has a huge collection of American Dolls, and the flower girls had some too…so they put together a tea party for them!

Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs.!

They had little green plants all over the tables as decoration with blue ceramic bottoms and bows…so I used one of them for the ring shot…so cute!

Happily Ever After!

Mandy and Tim had their first date at Spot Coffee so we met there and took some fun shots of them as they reminisced their first meeting. They had such an adorable simplicity to them … extremely sweet and caring towards one another. We had fun talking about their plans and details for the Big day coming up in August. I’m so excited for them!

They really love Highland Park, so off we went. It was a beautiful evening for a stroll through the gardens. We’re so lucky to have so many beautiful parks here in Rochester, and Highland is always a big favorite. The sun was starting to set which gave way to beautiful lighting and the flowers and greenery seemed to be smiling at us as we walked through. Tim got attacked by a bug at one point, and we couldn’t stop laughing. You never know what could happen I guess! :) We made it safely back after getting some beautiful and romantic shots.

I love photographing couples because it’s such a sentimental way to see ourselves in moments we normally would never see … very much in love. Congratulations on your Engagement
Mandy and Tim! Enjoy!
